In order to ensure customer satisfaction of our products, AquaMaker® conducts random customer surveys, via mail and/or phone, as well as conducting surveys after repairs or service has been made by any of our technicians.
With regard to our global manufacturing centers, we conduct thorough quality control methods and strive to enact continuous quality control and product innovation and refinement.
AquaMaker’s® Technical Staff monitors the service quality of AquaMaker® Dealers. We may conduct monthly visits and training updates for Dealers, as well as annual performance surveys, ensuring that Dealer technical skills, parts/supplies inventories, etc., are maintained at AquaMaker® recommended levels. This effort translates into excellent service and quality assurance for our customers.
