To produce fresh water, the AquaMaker^® AM10 unit beings with filtration and purification of ambient air. Humid air is drawn in through an air shield (patented antibacterial system), which filters air-borne particles, dust, odor, and various other contaminants. Besides harmful bacteria such as airborne viruses, the AquaMaker^® system also removes excess humidity for a safer, more comfortable environment. With less moisture in the air, your air-conditioning electrical consumption can be lowered as less energy will be required for cooling.

What makes the AM10 air filter far superior than the competition is its ability to not only capture but also destroy most airborne particulates on contact.

After cleansing the air, vapour is extracted while clean air is released back into the environment. The vapour is fused together on the condenser and droplets are then collected in the bottom reservoir. Next, the booster pump forces water through a proprietary filtration system which purifies and mineralizes the water before reaching the top tank. From here pure water is deposited into two individual hot and cold tanks, where it is ready to be consumed.

A personalized digital display allows you to control the frequency of re-circulation. During re-circulation, water is drained back into the bottom tank (Reflux) where re-filtration occurs on multiple levels. This ensures your water always remains fresh.

The major limitation of conventional filtration methods is the lack of protection from bacteria re-growth. Traditional systems were designed to provide clean water directly after the filter, much like city water before leaving the plant. Once past this initial filtration water remains defenseless to re-contamination which often occurs downstream during water transportation and storage.
